Puffs of air with a scent of the exotic, these choux pastry puffs are flavoured with saffron threads and poppy seeds.  Suitable for either savoury or sweet fillings these little delights can be the perfect medium to add your own flair with all the time consuming work being taken care of.

  • Fill with feta cream.

A thin crust pizza base topped with a rich roasted bell pepper salsa & finished with a herb coated sheep's feta.  This excitingly balanced morsel just says modern & chic.  The strong flavour of the capsicum offsets the creamy NZ sheep's feta.

  • Served as they come.
  • Topped with basil pesto.
  • Topped with grilled prosciutto.
  • Topped with Parmesan crusted chicken.
  • Top with Salsa Verde.
