Jeremy Lang, the Director of Wild Chef has spent over 20 years in the industry. Many of those years was spent running his own very successful Private and Corporate catering company.
Jennifer Lang, Co-Director of Wild Chef, comes from a very successful career working with various International Corporate entities.
It is from both these experiences we discovered there was a need for High Quality pre-prepared Gourmet Frozen Finger Foods to assist both Chefs and people doing private catering commercially and at Home.
Wild Chef was established in 2003 supplying Handmade Gourmet Frozen Finger foods to some of the top Hotels, Cafes, Caterers & Restaurants throughout New Zealand. As we sell nationwide, we are classed as a Boutique Food Manufacturer - which instills the highest of standards.
In 2009 small Retail Packs were launched and available direct through Wild Chef to assist the Home Entertainers.
