NOTICE REQUIRED - RETAIL CUSTOMERS:

We would appreciate as much notice as you are able - a week would be sufficient.  Alternatively, for last minute orders, just email or ring us to discuss what options are available.

DELIVERY-RETAIL CUSTOMERS:

Please note all WILD CHEF products are Frozen. 

  • Pick-Up from us - 49 Coutts Street, Kilbirnie, Wellington (lots of parking)
  • Delivery           - We can arrange Delivery.  Delivery fees apply
  •                         (please ring us for a quote to your region)  

Please note: 

All deliveries outside CBD Wellington, will require a Business Address to ensure the Frozen Freight Trucks can deliver to you.  This is normally an overnight service within the North Island and approx 2-3 days going to the South Island.  Products will arrive Frozen.


PAYMENT FOR DELIVERIES - RETAIL CUSTOMERS:

Our Policy is that Pre-Payment is required Before Delivery or On-Delivery if local.

  • Direct Credit (via Internet Banking) - we will email invoice ahead of time
  • Cash/Cheque
